Dr Loh Jiashen is an infectious diseases specialist who entered private practice with a passion for patient care and a personal ethos of pursuing clinical excellence.
In 2016, Dr Loh joined Sengkang General Hospital as its first infectious disease specialist. In the years ahead, he set up the hospital’s HIV service antibiotic stewardship programme while offering consult services in Infectious diseases.
After entering private practice in 2021, Dr Loh continued his clinical duties in both private hospitals and COVID treatment facilities, seeing a wide range of infectious disease conditions such as community-acquired infections, hospital & device-related infection, and travel-related infections such as malaria and sexually transmitted infection.
Dr Loh currently serves as the Infection Control Chairman in Farrer Park hospital, and the Head of the antibiotic stewardship program in Farrer Park Hospital.
