Dr Ong Wee Yit has many years of experience working in Taiwan, and now in Malaysia as a specialist in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine with focus on geriatric emergency and critical cases. He has given numerous talks about health and medicine to the general public in Malaysia and overseas. He has also participated in many health screening programs for the elderly in Taiwan as a service to the community and was appointed medical consultant by hospice care centres and nursing homes in Taiwan.

He is dedicated to his work and will continue to contribute his professional knowledge for the betterment of emergency and critical care, especially for the elderly patients , in Malaysia.
