Dr Tan is the Medical Director of Mahkota Medical Centre Melaka. He has more than 50 years experience and has been an elected Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists since 1990. Currently he advised the Board of Management on clinical issues and the observance of the healthcare act.
Dr Tan is a “generalist” by training and acknowledged as performing Malaysia’s first intrauterine fetal transfusion. He was awarded the AMN (Agong Malaysia) and PJK (Governor Malacca State) for his Community services.
