DOCTOR PROFILE

Dr Ng is a consultant Anaesthetist at Mahkota Medical Center with more than 15 years of experience in Anaesthesia practice. Dr Ng has the special interest in regional block and she is one of the pioneer anaesthetist who has been very active in promoting regional Block and she has been invited regularly as the facilitator for workshops in regional nerve block and pain block locally as well as internationally.

As a pain specialist, she has been the speaker, trainer & facilitators in many pain intervention workshops and pain conferences. Prior to her retirement, She was the main person in-charged of the multi-disciplinary Pain Management Programme in Hospital Selayang. She worked hand in hand with Palliative team in Hospital Selayang to manage the cancer pain. She has special interest in cancer pain management using  Intrathecal drugs delivery system in patient with intractable Cancer pain. Her vast experience in management the difficult cancer pain had made her the best person to approach in managing pain in Cancer patient.
