Dr Patrick Cheah Wei Chen is a Specialist in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at Regency Specialist Hospital. A former Senior Consultant in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine at Landseed International Hospital, Taiwan, he initiated the first Emergency Medicine System Model in Malaysia that staffs Emergency Doctors as the primary doctor for emergency patients. His passion in Retrieval Medicine helped launch the first air ambulance medevac services provider in Malaysia since 2011. In addition to being an active Flight Physician, he supervises and regulates the delivery of quality comprehensive medical care for all domestic and international medical missions. One of his crowning achievements involves leading more than 10,000 participants in a mass CPR-training event that made its way in to the Malaysia Book of Records.
