Dr Jeffrey Lau Ming Jye is an Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery Consultant at Regency Specialist Hospital. Having received his Degree of Medicine (MD) from from Taipei Medical University, Taiwan in 1996, he completed his Masters in Orthopaedic Surgery at Shin Kong Wu Ho Su Memorial Hospital, Taiwan in 2004. Dr Jeffrey previously worked at Lin Shin General Hospital in Taichung, Taiwan as the Head of the Orthopaedic Department in 2009, with sub-specialties including Hip and Knee Arthroplasty, Trauma Reconstruction and Arthroscopic Surgery.
In addition to holding a Council Life Membership of the Malaysian Orthopaedic Association (MOA) since 2012, Dr Jeffrey has also received numerous awards for his achievements in the past that include Best Resident-ship (1999) from Cathay General Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan and Best Service Award for three consecutive years (2008-2010) from Lin Shin General Hospital.
